Compiling help file using command line

Hello,

I am compiling a Help and Manual project using the command line to CHM file and it was successful.

Just one query do we need HTML help workshop installed for it on our workstation.

You cannot generate CHM files without HTML Help Workshop. That is the Microsoft compiler that generates the final CHM from the source that Help & Manual provides, and it is the only program that can create valid CHM files.
