Link to a "Phrase or Word" not in TOC

Hi.
I just started using H&M and I tried to search for a topic that talks about how to link a phrase or a word to a different word not in TOC.
My purpose is to just link a part of the manual to a "topic" that has been discussed already but is not found in the TOC. If it's ont he TOC then I know I can just directly highlight the word and drag it to the left side (TOCs) and the link will be created.
I would appreciate your help.

Hi Percy,

There are a number of ways to create links, dragging from the TOC is just one of them. Another method that you can also use for topics that are not in the TOC is to open the link tool manually: Type the text you want to use for your link, then select it and choose the link tool in the Write tab, or just press CTRL+L to bring it up. Then you can link to the topic by selecting its ID in the list.
