Changing colour of 'expand all'

Hi - When you have toggles then the 'expand all' option appears. (yes; I have modified the text to show 'expand all').
This appears in blue with a hover over in orange.
This is the thing I am talking about .......... <IF_TOGGLES><IFNOT_EBOOK><p id="switchtoggles"><a href="javascript:HMToggleExpandAll(!HMAnyToggleOpen())" title="Click to open/close expanding sections">Expand All</a></p>

I really want to change the colours of the text - and my html skills are not up to working out how to - help please.
