Here is an example of how an Anchor doesn't get added to the Link ID list.

After an Anchor is created, and then a Text-Phrase is highlighted to create a link the Link Dialog doesn't expose the Anchor's ID:

When there aren't nested tables, this issue doesn't appear.
Are there any simple or difficult suggestions to get the Anchor ID accessible?

I cannot duplicate this with version 7.1 - all anchors including anchors in multiple nested tables are shown for selection. Can you perhaps send us a small example project to duplicate this?
