Standard Word templates have bluecolored background for heading1 and heading2. How can i change this color or delete it? And what kind of element this headings are in Word? I tried to change background color for paragraph, applied styles, thought it might be a table, but nothing works.

Hi Mady,
These are the normal Word Heading styles in the Word file itself. Open the DOCX template file in Word and click in the paragraph you want to select. Its style will then be highlighted in the style list in the Word ribbon (see below). Then right-click on the selected style and select Modify in the context menu. Then click on the Format button on the lower right and select Border to access the border and background color settings:
