Hi,
I have tables that continue on the next page and I would like to repeat the table heading on that next page.
Is there any way that I can achieve this?
Thanks,
Gunilla

Re: Repeat the table heading on next page
Hi Gunilla,
The items you need are in the table properties dialog for every table: Activate "Table can split to next page" and set the number of heading rows to 1 or higher. Then when the table splits to the next page the heading row(s) will be repeated.

Re: Repeat the table heading on next page
Hi,
Thank you for the very quick reply.
Actually, I already have both these settings ("Table can split to next page" and the number of heading rows = 1), but still no repeated heading.
Do you have any other suggestions to why this feature doesn't work for me?
Is there for example any other setting that I cannot combine it with?

Hi Gunilla,
What output format are you using? This works in PDF and DOCX, which are page-based formats, but not in eBooks, which are HTML. It will also not work with nested tables or with tables with merged cells.

Aha, I think it is the merged cells that cause my problems. I'll see if I can arrange that differently.
Thanks for the clarification!
