Hello,
we face an issue after upgrading to H&M 7.3.1 (build 4180)
Current in 7.3.1
- TidyXML not enabled
- in XML source: <text styleclass="Normal">asdfasdf</text>
- in H&M editor view: text is locked for translation
(attached images)
In version 7.2.x and below, and expected for us:
- in XML source: <text styleclass="Normal" translate="false">asdfasdf</text>
- in H&M editor view: text is locked for translation
translate="true" works correctly.
Question:
Is it possible to return the translate="false" functionality to the upcoming version of H&M 7.3.x? If not, why this functionality has been removed?
We need to stay with the original H&M format and cannot switch to TidyXML - new in version 7.3 - at this moment.
Reason: we have multiple languages and scripts adjusted with the original H&M format. Changing to a new format will solve our issue, but also increase the localization costs significantly.
translate=false no longer present in 7.3.1

Re: translate=false no longer present in 7.3.1
This is already known and has been fixed -- it is related to the TidyXML function and happens when TidyXML is off. You can download the pre-release of 7.3.2 with the fix here already if you need it urgently:
