Hi
Firstly does H&M have any support for "comment systems" e.g. Disqus out of the box?
Or has anyone used such a system with H&M webhelp
Would like to hear from other users who have published webhelp from H&M using premium pack skins and have implemented some sort of comments system, as need to do a website with ability for readers to add comments or discuss topics
Thanks

Re: Comments / discussion system
Hi Darren,
The V2 skins still have support for Disqus and IntenseDebate, but they are deprecated and we will not be adding commenting support again in any subsequent skins. It is simply not worth the trouble: Very few authors ever use it, and when they do they generally stop again quite quickly. It adds a considerable amount of extra work for monitoring the comments and in particular dealing with trolls and spammers. The email feedback link is a much better solution for getting feedback on specific topics, and if you want to have full discussion then use a forum. Comments are messy and almost always more trouble than they are worth.
