Is it possible to put multiple languages for the Help & Manual in one file for our web application.
Example our company works with 3 different languages and want to process this in 1 file.
So a customer chooses a language and the other 2 languages are not visible.
Or do we have to create 3 different files?

You absolutely need to create separate WebHelp versions for each language, using separate copies of your projects for each language as well. Managing multiple languages in a single project or WebHelp folder would be a horrible nightmare, you really don't want to go there, believe me.
However, as long as you keep the topic IDs identical across all your projects, linking to the different languages is very easy. You just need to create an internet link to the current topic file name with the relative address of the other language.
