Can I copy Your publishing tasks to another project?

No, this isn't currently possible directly. What you can do, if your project is an uncompressed HMXP project, is do the copying manually. You need to copy the <export-task-groups>...</export-task-groups> block of code from one .hmxp project file to another -- either all of it or part of it. You have to be very careful, however, because it's quite possible that the paths defined in one project won't work in the other project. Also, if you create errors in the structure it could cause errors in your project.
