On the context menu of the Publish Task page, move the Display file command somewhere else, perhaps segregated into its own group.
Delete selected item(s) is a destructive command situated only a few pixels away from Display file, which is a command I use frequently. I cannot count the number of times I have misjudged a mouse click and accidentally deleted a defined task action. It is a PITA to recreate the deleted item.
Thanks!

Re: Minor feature request
Hi Laura,
Thank you very much for that feedback, we will take not of it for the next version! I definitely understand the problems of adjacent menus like that: Tortoise SVN for managing SVN version control on Windows has Delete and Add directly above each other in its context menu and as a result it's all too easy to permanently delete all the new files you actually wanted to add to your SVN repository.
