List of all Topic IDs with Topic title

Hi,
is there a way of exporting a list that then contains all topic IDs with their topic title?
Or is there another way how I can communicate the topic IDs to the developers for the context sensitive help?

Sorry, I wasn't able to find an answer to this question in the guide. But maybe I was using the wrong search terms.

You can use the reporting functions under Project > Report Tool --> Short Report should give you what you want
