Hi,
I use the same snippet in several topics. When I updated the snippet and re-published the web-help, date\time stamps of the topics that include that snippet had not changed. I suppose this is a bug, because those topics on the server should be updated, and I update files according to their date\time stamps only.
It's just a bug report, nothing urgent )

Re: Bug with date\time stamp?
Hi Olga,
This isn't a bug as such, just a limitation. At the moment the time stamp changed is only triggered by changes in the actual topic itself. The snippet reference in the topic is really just an address and isn't checked. We're aware of this and in the next major version the snippet timestamps will be included in the algorithm so that the resulting topic timestamp will always be the most recent timestamp available, either the topic itself or the snippet.
