That is a file left over in your output folder. If you enter just "test.html" in the URL you will be able to display it directly, but it's not a normal topic file. It's in the search results because the search index is generated from the files in your output folder, and it was there so it got indexed. You can remove it by selecting the option to delete all the files in your output folder before publishing, or by publishing to an empty folder.
You should also flush the folder on the web server before uploading the new version -- otherwise the old files will continue to be there and indexed by search engines. The best way to do this is to create a new folder on the same level with a slightly different name, like "foldername_new". Upload your new version to the new folder and test that it's working OK. Then quickly rename the old folder to "foldername_old" and the new one to "foldername", and you will have updated with minimum downtime and risk.
