I am creating documentation for test procedures. I will output to pdf and webhelp, with the intention of distributing via an intranet (or maybe using webhelp as the intranet).
At the moment the test procedures are printed out and ticked off, signed and, where appropriate, comments added. I would like to digitise this process.
Can H+M help me here, or is there anything H+M integrates with that could help me?

Re: User filled documentation
Hi Ga,
What you are looking for here are interactive PDF forms. You can't create those directly with Help+Manual. However, once you have the forms you can put them in WebHelp pages, since all browsers can now display PDF. Just put the PDF files on your web server and create Internet links to the files in your topics along with the instructions for your customers. Make sure that Target Window: setting for the links is set to "New Window", then you won't have problems with any skin types.
