Can't change Submenu title

Can't change Submenu title
I have tried to change a title. I even re-started the application, but the change doesn't take affect in the table of contents or the document. I am thinking something else controls what's seen in the TOC? Please see attached screen capture. The green highlighted word in TOC should say "Stationary Amplitude Spectrum," as I have in the Topic Options.

Depends on how you changed it - if you right click on "Stationary" and choose edit caption then it will change it in both locations
