Option to convert Chapter w/o Text into Ch w/ text?

I see that there's a right-click option to change a given topic to a Chapter without text.

Is there a way to change a Chapter without text into one WITH text?

I have several Chapters without text in a new H+M project created by HTML import. I'd like to change them into what I've come to think of as a "normal" topic with header and text.

Select the Chapter without Text, right-click on it in the TOC and select "Convert to Chapter with Text".

Most strange.

Before I closed the project after writing my note above, right-clicking in the TOC resulted in a greyed-out "Convert to Chapter Without Text"

I had recently saved the project and it closed without a prompt to save my changes

Of course, when I re-opened it just now, the "Convert to Chapter With Text" is available and working.

No, no mushrooms involved. No other inexplicable or extra-terrestrial experience has happened to me this morning...
