How do I change the background appearance of a comment? Some comments look like a yellow Post-It note; others inexplicably look like a yellow Post-It note that has been crinkled. See attached file.

Hi Debra,
Those are probably just versions left over from an older version of the program. If you edit the note and re-save it should update automatically.

I have many comments throughout my 400+ page manual. Is there an automated way to change them?
