Drop users

Hi,

We have 3 server licenses and some users do not close the application thus leaving the licenses locked for other users. Is there a way to drop the active users from within the H&M application?

Hi Erich,

Please contact support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) for the admin management tool for floating licenses. Note that there are a couple of restrictions on the administrator releasing active licenses: In normal mode the administrator can only release a license when at least two hours have passed since the user started Help+Manual. If the user has pinned the license for offline use, the administrator can only release the license after at least 8 days have passed.
