Header at the end of the page, text on the next page

Hi,
Here's my issue: sometimes the header and the paragraph following it are on different pages, the header on page 1 and the following paragraph on page 2. How do I keep them together?

You don't say but I'm assuming you're referring to PDF output here. This can usually only happen if you have an empty paragraph at the beginning of your topic. Then that paragraph is kept with the header and the next paragraph moves to the next page.
