Hi all,
A customer brought up a problem.
We use the webhelp to provide help to users of our software on the Mac (and will probably use HTML as well on Windows soon).
One of our customers tried clicking the hanburger menu, "More"->"Printable version". This works fine if the HTML is on a server. But if on the local machine, you just get a blank page.
Has anyone else raised this issue? I couldn't find anything when searching.
Any help is much appreciated.
Tony.

Hi Tony,
Actually, there is also a setting with which this is solved automatically: When you set the "Local Without Web Server" option in the skin include options in the Publish screen, then the Printable Version behavior is changed and will work correctly in local no server operation.
