I am struggling with the font size in the Help file that I create.
In H&M the font is set to Arial, 10 point, style Normal.
However, when I display the resulting CHM help file the font used for the topic text is larger.
The actual issue is more complicated, as this CHM file is converted to QT Help, which on some High Res displays makes this font way too large.
Still this starts in the original CHM file, where the font is larger than I specified.
What am I missing here ?
Font size in HTML Help file larger than in H&M

Hi Lex,
Which skin are you using to publish? Also, have you set the option for supporting hi-res screens in Configuration > Publishing Options > MS HTML Help > HTML Export Options?

Re: Font size in HTML Help file larger than in H&M
Hi Tim,
Thanks for the speedy reply.
The Publish page in H&M says "(no skin selected)".
And in the HTML Export Option "Make CHM file compatible for HR monitors" has been checked. This morning I unchecked it as the Help file of the Qt Help converter suggests that. However that made no difference (though H&M does not seem to remember that I unchecked this option).
Lex.

Hmm. Check the zoom level in the HM editor (below the editor window) as this may produce a misleading display if it's above or below 100%.
What you can also do is switch the font sizing in your HTML Export Settings to percent and then adjust the value for the percentage of the global font size for your CHM pages. That would be worth a try.
