Getting a Feedback Button on a WebHelp using a PP Skin

Unread post by Patrick Dardenne »

Hi,
Sorry this might look basic, but I just can’t find where to ask for a Feedback button to display.
The context is a Webhelp published with H&M 7.3.2 b4260, using the skin "Webhelp, iFrames Responsive, Blue.hmskin".
The Publish dialog only shows 2 Skin include options : Topic URL below page, and Include print button.
I cannot find the option in the PP Toolbox 3.41 when I edit the skin.
And finally, I still cannot find it when I open the skin using H&M.
However, the online help specifies it should be in the Publish dialog for a Webhelp skin in this topic : Help+Manual Premium Pack 3.41 > V2 CHM Skins > Publish Include Options / ID: SP02_chm_includeopts.
Can you help?
Many thanks in advance.
Best wishes,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

The iFrames Responsive Blue skin isn't a Premium Pack skin, it's one of the standard skins included with Help+Manual and doesn't have a feedback button feature. You can get a feedback feature with either the V2 or the V3 skins in the Premium Pack. See the documentation here for details:

V2:

V3:
