Hi,
We are hoping to expand our Help files to our Web application. I am a little confused about how popups are handled on the WebHelp build. Can a user activate a popup from our web-based application, or are popups accessible only from the WebHelp file?

Hi Kathleen,
In WebHelp with the regular skins included with Help+Manual, popups are only within the WebHelp interface. However, the V3 and V4 skins in the Premium Pack add-on support both field-level popups and field-level topics within your web pages or web apps, and also embedding entire WebHelp panes in your pages that you can display or hide with buttons or links on your page.
