Once recording a screencast has begun it is not possible to move the capture rectangle -- which would be very handy.
Before recording has begun the rectangle can be moved by grabbing the green lines elsewhere than on the sizing handles.
When recording is in progress, hovering the mouse over the red lines produces the same Move mouse cursor, suggesting that there is an intention that the rectangle should be movable. But it doesn't work -- nothing happens.
cheers,
Martin.

The capture rectangle is automatically locked after the first capture. Like the automatic door-lock in your car. Stop screencast, unlock, then proceed.

OK. But in that case there is a bug -- the mouse cursor changes to the Move cursor (crSizeAll) while it is over the red line, and over the green line while is locked.Alexander Halser wrote:The capture rectangle is automatically locked after the first capture.
