I've tried to import a couple of PowerPoint presentations now and each time I do I get a Sorry, something is wrong here dialog box on endless loop.

Hi Ga,

Unfortunately there is a huge range of possible elements in PP presentations so it's always possible that you might have one that causes a problem. If you mail a sample problem presentation to support AT (replace the AT with @) we'll check it out right away and we can usually fix the import engine to accommodate your special needs quite quickly.

Tip: Sending attachments with emails is getting increasingly problematic. It's usually better to use the excellent free Firefox Send service, which is secure and free and can be used with any browser, not just Firefox:

Firefox send is free, anonymous and secure and can be set up to delete the files you are sending as soon as they have been received.
