Added an audio file that then plays okay with the button next to load file.
On trying to play the whole slide show I get "Could not create temporary files for viewing". Only happens when I have the one audio track added to one page.
Does it relate to my machine memory, corrupt file or other?
Thanks
Kevin

Re: Un-helpfull error message
Hi Kevin,
This can happen if the Xplain contains an MP3 file that the browser is currently playing. In that case, HelpXplain cannot overwrite the MP3 output file. Close the browser window, then try again.
