Floating server license - how does the pricing work?

According to you, "The first essential step with floating licenses is that the admin registers ALL of them together, using the same computer".
Does the administrator register the floating license keys using something like 'Key Monitor' for H&M7? Is there a special app where the administrator can see all registered licenses and which slot is available at this moment?

Everything is now handled by Help+Manual itself. You just use the normal license tool available in the Help tab. It is not currently possible to see how many license slots are in use, however.
