HI
I have a pdf with many internal links. The links should show the ToC numbering and the Topic title.
Because I could not figure a way to link directly to the numbering of the .pdf ToC, I made two links - the first where I manually set the relevant ToC number, and the second link with the Topic Title as the caption. i.e. "5.3.2 Topic Name".
The links work when clicking the open .pdf file, but the caption showing the numbering portion shows a superimposed question mark.
What am I doing wrong?
(and is there a way to get the link to show "ToCNumber ToC"Title"?
(I only found the error because I got comments back on a .pdf produced using H&M7 - but I am getting the same problem publishing from 8, so I am posting the question here.)
Thanks
Why does my .pdf show a ''?'' in a link

Hi Rob,
How are you creating the first link with the TOC number? Could you provide a screenshot of the Link tool where you made the entries for this?
