It would be a nice feature if the mouse wheel would allow scrolling on the TOC pane while the focus stays on the editor pane - similar to the behaviour in windows explorer.

Hi Martin,
thanks for the workaround, but this is not practical - mouse wheel scrolling on hover is a request to improve usability, undocking the TOC is cluttering the screen, especially if you work multip HM windows.
I still opt for the "real" solution, but understood it is a pain in Delphi.
