Jump from file to TOC entry?

Is there a way when viewing a Topic File to jump to that entry in the TOC?

Not directly. However, you can use the Find tool in the Project tab to locate it by its ID once you are in the TOC. Copy the ID from Topic Options, then click anywhere in the TOC, select Find and paste the ID into the search box there.
