Hi Alexander,

very sorry to be a pest about this, but I am still not sure yet:
-> Is the new build 5670 supposed to change anything about the default inserting behavior using <CTRL>+<V>?
As from a user's point of view?

Because for me, it does not do anything different.

Parts of your second-to-last post seem to suggest the standard CTRL-V behavior would now be different; but other parts do not...?
Please clarify.

Thank you very much

Paste HTML is slightly different, the standard procedure is not.

okay...?!

Still, not in a way that I'd notice...

I tried both ways (Paste HTML, and standard Ctrl-V) before and after applying 5670. Just seems the same to me...

The Paste HTML option will only solve the problem if you are copying from Snagit, because of the strange way it stores the original image (with transparency) on the disk referenced with an HTML snippet and puts a bitmap version of the image (without transparency) in the Windows clipboard.
