Diameter symbol not showing properly

Hello and Happy New Year!

I'm trying to add the diameter symbol (character code 2300), but it is not appearing properly in the editor nor in my PDF output.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
that is propably a font issue on your side. Using "Calibri" or "Segui UI" shows the correct symbol e.g. in eWriter output.

Make sure that the font is embedded in PDF. The setting is in Configuration > Publishing Options > PDF > Font Embedding.

However, even if you are using that font family for your text you still don't need to use it for symbols. That would be overkill. Instead, use a suitable symbol font and then configure that font to be exported as a scalable SVG glyph. See here for information and instructions:

OK, I got the symbol to appear both in the editor and in the PDF.
Actually, Calibri did not work in the editor for me.
