When I use the left indent, in Help and Manual it looks good but when I checked out help on the web, I couldn't see anything. (see section In-product messaging in attached files) .
Could you tell me, please, what am I supposed to do? Thank you.

The problem here is that you are trying to indent the content of a linked snippet by indenting the paragraph containing the snippet. That doesn't work. Linked snippets completely replace the paragraph in which they are inserted. So if you want an indent the indent has to be applied to the source of the snippet.
