What are the guidelines about this topic??
While consider the following:
1. The personal ClearType configuration is personal (if applied)
2. Means, PC / Graphic Card / Monitor / how each person is positioned toward the monitor; results in personal MS ClearType configuration
3. Means if capture dependent form parameters form 2), the captured image may look different while individual
4. For printing this will be an other guide..

Hi "HpW",
I have no idea at all what your question is or even what you are talking about. Please try to explain what you want clearly.

Re: Screen Capture & MS ClearType
Ok again,
it's about documentation, nice looking dialogs done with print screens in the today's world.
To get this, may a screen magnifier is needed.
1. On Windows XP, all text was drawing with clear black pixels
2. Text painting on Win7 and later, it depends on the new introduced ClearType Font algorithm
3. To get there... desktop right click / personalize / Adjust ClearType text / ClearType Text Tuner
4. Using Win 10 this has been changed again, the result is a bit different (without cleartype = ugly IMHO)
5. Now using ClearType, you go trough the ClearType Text Tuner and define your settings.
6. Means this settings is of a personal TASTE
in other words print screens & documentation may look for you OK for someone else on a different PC
