I am trying out the Help Explain program again to see if has improved since the beta trials

I am constantly getting a crash on the screen capture tool. It lets me select the area and tries to capture then crashes out. The main program continues okay and a further capture often works.

I run with 3 screens, the 3rd set up for screen capture at a fixed resolution and size for continuity.

What further detail can I capture to help show you this bug.

There was a problem with coordinates on secondary monitors that has recently been fixed. Please try it with the new beta build:

This is working fine now on all screens
