Premium Pack 3.42/3.43 Maintenance Update

We have just released the Premium Pack 3.42/3.43 maintenance update. This update corrects some issues and adds enhanced support for using the full version of the Zoom web indexer with both the V3 and V2 skins for WebHelp output. See this news blog posting for details:

You already have the download link and your installation password in the mail you received when you purchased the Premium Pack. If you've lost the information please contact support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @). 8)

I received a link to helpman7_premiumpack3_setup dot exe, but thought that was for PP3.0

I'll try it.

EDIT - seems fine, though I guess I have PP3.43 - a later update, maybe?

Your download link always remains the same. The current version is 3.43.

Hi Tim,

I tried downloading the new Premium Packs, but it always takes me to the "Buy" page. Should I just send an email to support and have them send me those downloads?

You need to use the download link and personal password you received when you purchased the PP. If you don't have those any more write to support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we'll send you a copy. 8)
