Help & Manual DELPHI wizards for Delphi 7

If you are using Borland Delphi and have switched to Delphi 7 in the
meantime, I would like to remind you that Help & Manual already
includes the help wizards for Delphi 7. There is nothing to wait for.
All you have to do is to re-install Help & Manual. The setup
automatically offers to install the wizards for Delphi 7 if Delphi 7 is
already installed on your computer.
