Help & Manual 3.1 released

We are glad to announce the availability of Help & Manual 3.1!

The focus for this update was on quality and usability. We implemented
many small improvements to existing features and to the user interface,
according to customer suggestions during the last months.

A second priority was the Borland Delphi implementation which is
now completed. The setup includes wizards for Delphi 5 + 6 and
C++ Builder 5 + 6.
