make the hm3 format text, not binary

My wish for v4 is that the 'hm3' format becomes textual rather than binary.

That way I can use it fully in a version control system like cvs.

The internal text format is RTF with a few enhancements in binary format. Even if they were text only, the database structure (all topics in a single file) still makes it problematic to integrate an external version control system.

even if it is one huge text file, it would be an improvement over binary. at least changes can then be merged.
