Ignore child topics when publishing selected topic

Hi!

We use the 'Publish selected TOC items only' option to generate MS Word files for our internal reviewing purposes. However, periodically we have a situation when only one topic needs to be sent to review, but it has a lot of child topics with no changes to be checked. My suggestion is to make the 'Ignore child topics' check box which becomes visible/editable, if 'Publish selected TOC items only' is selected. It would be very nice for us to have this small enhancement in one of the future releases, as it would exempt us from tedious workarounds.
