I know these are two really big wishes, but they'd still be very useful.
A macro language would make H&M infinitely extendible with user-created functions, rather like Dreamweaver. That would be very cool.
Word-style styles or CSS stylesheets would also be a real godsend. Then you could simply change a style and have all paragraphs with that tag update automatically.

I think that styles are the most important feature. Not only do I want to change a style and see it reflected in all topics, I consider it even more important to be able to define different export styles. To apply a different layout to PDF and HTML HELP, for instance.
However, since the text editor we currently use in Help & Manual does not support real styles, this is a wish for version 4.
