Smaller Note Icons Please!?

I extensively use the note feature to add background info for the documentation designer, usually linking to the source JIRA issue to explain why the documentation was changed, and because I use it a lot, I get bugged by the size of the note icon - please make it adjustable so it fits on a single line - hoping this is an quick and easy fix :)
