Hi,
is it possible to have an option for automatic numbering for certain screenshots and tables with the possibility of a summary (or index)?
Reason: our customer wants to have all big screenshots and all tables numbered and at the end of the document an list for both.
"big" means full screenshots which are described.
"little" screenshots are e.g. buttons within the text, as you are using within texts. Of course, these little images should not be numbered.
Thanks in advance
Petra

Re: automatic numbering of screenshots/tables and summary/in
Hi Petra,
You can get half of what you want: You can number your screenshots and tables (and anything else) with the counter variables, see here in the documentation for details:
http://www.helpandmanual.com/help/index ... unters.htm
However, you can only create the numbers, and they are plain text once they are inserted. So you can't refer to them with references like "See Image No. XX", and you can't use them to generate image or table lists. The only exception is Word DOCX output, where you can create image lists because that is a Word function. Then you just insert the Word figure list object in the DOCX template and it generates the list on the basis of the numbered captions.
