The Image function in the Insert paragraph has a nice feature: If I click in the upper half of the button, on the "Insert picture" icon, I directly get the "Open Image" dialogue, and only when I click below on the "Image" text/little black "down" arrow I get a menu.
I would like to have the same functionality with the "Styles" button: Clicking on the icon (the two "A"s) in the upper half should open the "Edit Styles" dialogue directly, as this is the most used option (?), and clicking below on the text/arrow should open the menu with the other functions.
Thank you for considering.
BTW: There seems to be no "Edit Styles" keyboard shortcut available. Did I miss that?
More direct acces to "Edit Styles"

Re: More direct acces to "Edit Styles"
Just found out that there is in fact a keyboard shortcut — in the "Format" section, "edit text and table styles". I had missed that before.
That makes this wish much less urgent
