HTML export with XML compatible topics

I like HTML export with directly edited template.
I tried to check if <%TOPIC_TEXT%> is xml compatible when exported from pages with standart text, tables and inner document links and found that the only thing to do is <BR> to <BR /> conversion and use all attributes with ""

It's unfortunately a whole lot more to XML. The HTML code is currently not "well formed", which is neccessary to create a valid XML document. We are working on that.
