Embedding topics from other files

It would be very nice to have a possibility to embedd topics not only from within current HM3 file (as it is now), but from any HM3 file.

This would enable us to keep a central repository of common phrases, which is essential for professional looking technical documentation.

A sort of similar functionality exists already (JS script) but it doesn't work for all formats (e.g. PDF), Moreover, user variables cannot contain formatted text.
