Table functionality

Tables cause a lot of problems when printing to PDF - they are not broken between pages mostly.

I would love to see automatic table breakup on page breaks, but if this can not be done - the following functionality would be useful:

1. The ability to break a large table into two tables - The idea is that you select a row and click something like Table|Split

2. The ability to cut and paste entire rows between tables.

Hi Ron,

According to Alex these functions are already high on the todo list for an upcoming update.
