Customizing User Defined Build names

It should be possible to customize the names of User Defined 1-3 Builds. Of course the customized name then would also appear in the 'Insert Text Condition' dialog etc., and the Text Condition shortcut (actually Usr1 etc.) should also be customized.
Example:

'User Defined 1' customized to 'German'
'Usr1' customized to 'GE'

'User Defined 2' customized to 'Italian'
'Usr2' customized to 'IT'

Of course it should also be possible to add other Build names.

Then it should also be possible to make Keywords and Table of Contents conditional. This could be done by simply enclosing Keywords/Table of Contents with IF <Buildname>...<ENDIF> tags.
