Topic headers in "Insert Topic Link" dialog

I would really, really like to be able to switch the Topic ID list in the Insert Topic Link dialog to a list of topic headers instead. The human mind being what it is, I generally find it much easier to identify the headers than the ID. When making links, and I make a lot, I often spend a lot of time visiting the target topics to copy the IDs.

It would also be really cool to be able to drag a topic header from the TOC to the topic editing area to make a link, as you can in Dreamweaver, but I don't want to be greedy...a topic header list would already be heaven.
